Sep 18, 2015 8:46 AM in response to Alij435by trouxth,What do you have the switch function set to?
General>Accessibility>Switch Control>Switches
If it set to tap, try scanner menu?
Also - what iOS?
iOS9 have a new functionality under tap behavior called Always Tap which is like Auto Tap but it creates a button on the screen in item mode that represents the scanner menu.

Dec 7, 2015 3:15 PM in response to Alij435by OneSwitchGuy,It might be that you were scanning the iOS keyboard with the "Always Tap Keyboard Keys" option enabled in Switch Control settings. With this on, the Tap Behaviour is turned off for only the keyboard keys, which makes typing faster but means the Scanner Menu is not accessible when you are typing letters.
