How to stop from jumping to whole dollars? More

Hi:

I got a new computer with a new updated Pages system. I have two issue I'm hoping for some help with.

1. I'm filling out an invoice and trying to put in figures that are not whole dollars. For example, $8.75 in tax. It keeps jumping to $9.00. This happens every time. I have tried to put in figures with .50 on the end, like $24.50. Nope, it jumps to $25.00. How can I tell it to just keep what I write?

2. In the old Pages (old computer) I could call up an old invoice, change it and then "Save As" the new name without getting rid of the old invoice. Now there is no "Save As". So, can I no longer use this system?

1. Select the cells and change the Number format to Currency

2. Hold down the option key when you go to the File menu and you should see Save As…

That worked. Thank you. With the 'currency' trick, I think you also have to go to the Decimal box below the word currency and switch to 'Auto.' At least I had to. And then I had to do it each time. But it worked. Thanks.
