Apple Online Store Billing Section
Why don't Apple create a section related to the Apple Online Store? I have recently come across some billing problems where I have been charged twice for an iPad. It is difficult to speak to an operator, it would be much easier to have an e-mail contact or billings enquiry page where I can submit all the necessary information.
Please correct me if it is my oversight that I don't realise these functions already exist. However, I do find it incredibly hard to navigate and find the answer or contact I require. Let's make life easier for future Apple customers that would give us much better customer satisfaction.
