Badge app icon indicator

I have an issue with the Podcast App which is now intergrated with iOS now. So I can't give feedback on the App Store as before.

- When a new podcast is downloaded...making the app icon turn to '1'. Then if i exit the app and even re-enter the app and also even close the app from multitasking, the app icon number disappears. This also happens after a new podcast is downloaded. The badge icon number remains on '1' as one new podcast has been downloaded. This shouldn't be difficult to fix right, as the email app for example updates the badge icon when new emails arrive even upon re-entering the app and so on.
