iphone 5 stuck in recovery mode after doing reset and erase all data from phone settings

bought a used iphone 5 few days back and it was jail breaked. For a new start i go to settings and did reset and erase settings and data.

After that the iphone is stuck in recovery mode.

When i attach it to itunes to restore it itunes stuck on waiting for iphone and iphone did not download firm ware so it can restore and gives error

4005. I checked solution of this error on different sites that this error is due to security software of pc thats why turn it off and reinstall itunes and update windows

etc but still problem is not solved

Also tried DFU MODE but same problem iphone is not downloading firmware and bar on sceen remains empty.

Pls help me out 😕😕
