Hi, on my iphone 6 silicon case I have noticed crack in up-left corner and it started to get bigger until it fall apart. It was probably a mistake material. I already took it to service but i can't find a bill, soo they don't want to replace it.😢 Do anyone have an idea what should i do? Thanks for help. 🙂

If you have no proof of purchase nothing you can do It is a normal requirement for a warranty claim
