preorder accidentally cancelled

Hi, so I pre-ordered an album about 9 days ago (Halsey's BADLANDS (Deluxe)) and I got four songs immediately.

When another song went available I couldn't download it becuase iTunes said it was still "pre-ordered".

I've tried downloading it but it didn't work so I deleted the album from my music in hope I could just re-download it again since the songs were already purchased but that didn't work out as well. And then adding to my bad luck I accidentally cancelled the pre-order and I don't know if I will get the money back or i just have to pre-order it again.

If this happened to you or you know how to help me, please tell me because I'm just a teenager who's broke and can't afford paying for the same album twice. 😐

Pre-orders are only paid for when they are released, not at the time of pre-ordering - so you will only have been charged for the tracks that have been released. When the album is released you should only be charged the remaining amount (album price minus the prices of the pre-released tracks)

For the fifth track, did you have a balance on your account and/or a credit card that covered its purchase price so that you could buy it ?

To redownload the four (or five if the fifth track has been purchased) tracks try going to the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and/or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes
