BootCamp will not accept extra partitions. You are limited to 2, (4 actually but 2 are hidden, the recovery partition for Mac and a system partition for Windows)
You can have one standard Windows installation in addition to an OS X installation. Further partitions must be on a different drive, like an external.

It is possible using two different methods.
1. If your Mac is UEFI compliant, and the Windows installation is EFI/UEFI, you can create unto 128 partitions in total.
2. On a legacy MBR/BIOS installation, Apple uses a Hybrid MBR. You will need to build a custom MBR from your GPT. Be aware that future software upgrades may cause possible data loss.
i now that i can create a lot of partition , but if i do this ; the bootcamp partition will be corrupted

If you do not really need a partition on the internal disk, use Csound1 's suggestion.

You currently have a BIOS/MBR installation, so your restricted to 4 entries in the MBR. If you still want to explore an additional partition, please see Lost boot ability to OSX and Windows 10 . Be aware that such a configuration is fragile and must be monitored and backed up very well to avoid data loss.
1 - can i delete the recovery partition and replce it by ubuntu ? to avoid the build of custom mbr
2 - if i build custom mbr , did it return to the default partitionment if i format the disk ?
3 - what is the difference between mbr & gpt

1. No.
2. If you erase the entire disk, there is no MBR left. You start a clean GUID (GPT) disk.
