Unable to use raise to talk feature

i find out i cant use "raise to talk" feature since update my iphone 5s to ios 8.4, including the newest update ios 8.4.1. I very sure that im opening the raise to talk on messege setting there, but it seems cant be use totally. One more thing is when using phone call, the screen seems cant black out like before. Did it a bug for ios 8.4 or my iphone hardware problem?

It's a hardware problem of sorts. Most likely your case is covering the proximity sensor that the phone uses for both of those functions.

Thats mean repair will be the best way to solve this problem...

First try removing your case, and then your screen protector. That is the most likely cause.
