Can't install Windows 10 with Boot Camp

I have a new Retina iMac on which I want to put a Boot Camp partition and install Windows 10 from a Windows 10 USB stick that I bought from Microsoft.

I made an ISO image from the Windows 10 USB stick, then launched Boot Camp Assistant and selected all 3 options. I chose the ISO image and selected a blank MS-DOS FAT USB stick as the destination. When I clicked Continue, it came back with “Your bootable USB drive could not be created. Boot Camp only supports Windows 7 or later installation on this platform. Please use an ISO file for Windows 7 or later installation.”

Windows 10 is later later than Windows 7, so what’s the problem?

Your ISO has combined versions 32-bit and 64-bit. Download separate ISO s for each and then use the appropriate version you want.

Thanks, but I don't understand. I followed exactly the instructions that Apple gives here Create an ISO image for Boot Camp from Windows installation media - Apple Support. I don't see any way of telling it to make an ISO image only of the 64-bit part of the install USB.

Using your product key, go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/home and download the 64-bit standalone ISO and then use it to install Windows.

imac 5k
The pen drive is ready and when after doing the bootcamp partition, the imac supposedly restarts with windows . It happens , but it appears a blue screen windows and the iMac back to start again from osx . How do I fix this? Already I tried several ways , since I'm in it to almost two months .

After making the BOOTCAMP partition on the imac and restarts it appears and returns to the osx.
