Video properties for files

Hi!

I have a lot of video files and I want to merge them and burn DVD.

Some files are 710x480x23.81p, some of them are 720x480x23.81p.

What video format should I choose when I add them to timeline?

When I add 710x480 video file, FCP suggests Other 640x480x23.98p

When I add 720x480 video file, FCP suggests NTSC SD 720x480DVx23.98p

I just want to merge files and burn regular DVD.

Can I choose PAL SD 720x576x25p?
