i bought iphone 5s second-hand , and then restore it to ios 8.4 .in registeration it want apple id from me and i don't know that ,and i can't find that iphone seller.plz help me to solve this issue.tnx

Apple ID is the account you use for the App Store, iTunes, iCloud, etc... If you don't have one just create a new one, it is pretty simple to do 🙂

That will not work for the OP, since the real problem is Find My iPhone: Activation Lock.

Since the iPhone seller cannot be found, the iPhone is only a nice paper weight.
