iTunes Store Podcast Rejected Notification

I got the following message from Itunes:


Dear podcast owner,


The podcast located at the URL shown below has been blocked or removed from the iTunes directory as a result of technical problems with the feed.


Name: How Sunil found inspiration during an inter-city cab journey and founded WiWiGo.com

Feed URL: http://feeds.feedburner.com/foundersgyan


If you wish to reactivate your podcast in the iTunes directory, please troubleshoot your feed and check the functionality of each episode. To test your podcast, start iTunes, select Subscribe to Podcast from the Advanced menu, and enter your feed URL in the dialog box. If you can successfully subscribe to your podcast and listen to each of the episodes, you can reactivate your podcast by sending an email request to podcasts@apple.com.

However I checked the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/foundersgyan and it is working as given int he instructions. I believe the problem may have been that the feed earlier contained some older libsync episodes. Could you help here?

I can't see any problem with the feed: it works when subscribing manually in iTunes and the episode file seems to be OK. The feed validates except that the 'itunes:email' tag is missing - I wouldn't have thought that would be fatal. You mentioned older episodes - if you have removed episodes from the feed since you submitted it then obviously I can't say whether there may have been a problem there. I should give it a day or so then try again.


The email address they give you has been discontinued. Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click the disclosure triangle at the right of the 'Choose a topic' field - choose 'Re-activate Feed' and proceed from there.
