It appears that NetFlix now automatically uses your AppleID when you open the app. I am presented with the option to log out of my email which closed the NetFlix App or Start a free trial. My ITunes and NetFlix are on different email accounts so this isn't going to work for me. Any idea how to fix or if Apple or NetFlix updated to cause this? Anyone else having the problem?

I am having the exact same problem as NGCooper23. This just started happening today, or maybe yesterday. My Netflix account is tied to another email which is not my iTunes email. I need the ability to log in without using my iTunes account.
I am having same issue. It started yesterday according to my wife, but I just found out when trying to watch Netflix. It's forcing me to sign up with iTunes account. I have restarted logged out of iTunes account for entire Apple TV but nothing yet. I may reset but would rather not.
I Reset my apple tv to factory and resolved the problem. Not the preferable solution but it worked.
