Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like there's an issue that's preventing images from loading in the iTunes Store and the issue is also preventing you from downloading anything from the iTunes Store. Take a look at the article linked below and use the instructions that it provides to identify and remove any conflicting Layered Service Provider software.
If you see error 0x80090318 when you try to open the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If the issue persists, use the instructions in this article to rule out any conflicts caused by security software.
