better and more clear than what?

Did you upgrade to Yosemite and have Photos in the Dock?

where can i find the pictures and video's

It depends on how you got them from the iPhone to your Mac? Did you import into iPhoto or Photos?

You're going to have to describe in detail what you did, what apps and versions you're using, what system you're running, etc.

Iphot was better than photos, because when you want to select a movie of pic in iphoto, you just stand with the mouse on the thumbnail of picture of movie you want, and click in the menu on "reveal in finder." And there you have your picture or movie. now you can copy or drag it into another map and you can import it in FCp.

how do you do this in photos?

Iphoto disapaered since i have upgraded to Yosemite.

hay, thanks. i imported my video's from a little sony camera (Exmor, hdr-as15) with a usb-cable to my mac. as i have yosemite, my Iphoto disappeared, so i have only this PHOTOS.

i saw the video's in Photos. but nothing happened when i click Option+command+S.

i have looked in the folder: Photos Library.photoslibrary.

and

he just asked if i want to change the storage place. i clikked yes, and now he says: "preparing library... 0% completed.. already for 5 minutes...

You can still use iPhoto if you'd like. iPhoto was not deleted from your hard drive, only removed from the Dock. If you have iPhoto 9.6.1 you can still use your iPhoto library.

If you don't have that version but some earlier version of 9.x try following Terence Devlin's instructions in this post to obtain iPhoto 9.6.1 from the App Store:

Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1

If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash.

Install the App from the App Store.

Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?

iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.
