My low battery percentage isn't on?

I Just got my replacement phone and for some reason my warning for low battery (20%,10%) isn't on. It passed 20% and didn't go off and same with 10%.

I Was just wondering how to turn them back on.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1

Good Afternoon Emiley.xo -

If you are not seeing the battery percentage indicator on your replacement iPhone, it's possible the setting hasn't been enabled.

If you want to see the battery percentage in the status bar, go to Settings > General > Usage. Then turn on Battery Percentage.

You can see what percent the battery is at on your iPhone or iPad, but not your iPod touch. Learn more about charging the battery in the your iPhone or iPod touch.

If for some reason the setting WAS enabled, then turn it off, restart the iPhone, and turn it back on to test.

Hope that helps ....
