Q: My Apple TV won't automatically set up with my iPhone 6 or Most Current iPad or any of my apple devices. I don't have a remote anymore. I'm hardwired into the modem, I'm doing everything that has been recommended.

My Apple TV won't automatically set up with my iPhone 6 or Most Current iPad or any of my 4 other Apple devices. I don't have a remote anymore. I've tried Wi-Fi and hardwiring to the modem. I've done this before and it's worked. All my software is up to date. Someone please help me. I can't find this answered anywhere.

AppleTV 2, iOS 8.4.1

You would need a physical remote to setup home sharing and activate the remote app. Not sure what you mean by "Apple TV isn't supported by customer service"
