After 3 days now I finally got someone to tell me why it kept sayin website is experiencing technical issues or something like that.. apparently the access financing is down for maintenance... so my question is..
How does is something like this usually down for?

If you are using Safari, from your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Remove All Website Data.
Then quit and relaunch Safari then try again.
I spoke with an Apple associate, who told me that it was taken down for maintenance. It has been down for 3 days now.. I tried again this morning.. My question is just how long is something usually taken down for maintenance for?
