- No Taiwanese Flag emojis are selectable or viewable on the Chinese version.

- Taiwan will be displayed as a "Taiwan Province" rather than just Taiwan in the Photo app (Memories section).

- No Wi-Fi, only WLAN

- No Facetime audio calls can be made or received, Facetime Video however can be used.

Functionally, there are no diffeences between wathces sold in different countries. There may be some differences in features supported by the paired iPhone, depending on local regulations and what services the local carriers support (or don't). There may also be warranty differences. But the watch hardware and software are the same

Differences are likely to be in the cellular bands & networks that can be supported. One is likely to be better suited to your region than another.

Can you not buy it in Malaysia? iPhone warranties are only valid in the country it is bought from so if you have a problem, you must return it to that country.
