Airport Time Capsule

Is there someone who can tell me if I can use Airport Time Capsule in combination with a PC-system with Windows-7 installed?

Not sure what you mean you say "use".
Does this mean that you want the PC to connect to the wireless signal that the Time Capsule provides? The answer would be "yes" to that question.
Does this mean that you want to use the Time Capsule to back up the data on the PC?. The answer would be "yes" to that question as well.....provided that you use PC backup software that is capable of backing up to a network hard drive. Apple does not provide any type of software like this, so you would need to look at third-party suppliers for this task.
A few examples of software that I have used that allow a PC to back up to a Time Capsule would be Macrium Reflect or Genie TimeLine Pro. There are no doubt a number of other applications that you could use as well for that purpose, but I have not used them.
But....and this might be a big BUT.....having performed PC backups to a Time Capsule in the past and also having backed up a PC directly to an attached USB hard drive, I would say that using a drive connected to the PC is much faster, much easier, and much more reliable.
So, while it is possible to "use" a Time Capsule to back up the data on a PC, the fact that this can be done does not mean to imply that it would the best way to back up the PC....because it is not.
