I accidentally fell asleep while texting someone last night and I was laying on my IPhone 6 all night now there are three weird blue spots on my phone what can I do to get rid of them and why are they there?

They are pressure points, which any LCD or LED screen is subject to when too much force has been applied to an area. They may, or may not eventually fade away. If they don't, there's not much you can do about it other than to have the screen replaced.

Possible since the phones aren't waterproof. That could actually be a good thing as a small amount of water like that isn't enough to damage the device, and will eventually evaporate.

I would take it in to get a better idea from a tech who can actually look it over. It should be a free visit to just have them tell you what they think it is.
