Q: Help me

My mac keeps restartIng And says "your mac restarted because of a problem press a key or.........." In a few diffrent languages. I saw online that i can fix this problem by repairing the disk in "Disk Utility" but the problem is i cant get to there because when my computer restarts and i have to log in it restarts again. I tried to log in to my account, my brothers and Guest User but the same result would happen. What should i do. is there a shortcut or some keys i can press to go straight to setting without having to log in.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
