My screen cracked when I dropped phone. Now I cant get the phone to unlock which is preventing me from accessing my phone on the computer. And it doesn't look like the pics saved to the icloud. Or I didn't save them to the iclud

You're not going to be able to get the photos off if you can't access the phone through the screen. The time to back up is BEFORE a disaster happens, not after. Sorry.
