VoiceOver Language in Recovery Mode or Disk Utility Boot

Hi,
I'm an italian blind user.

When I restart my Mac on Recovery Mode or Disk Utility, I select the os language to Italian but the TTS language is English Daniel.

Any solution to select another language?
