I bought my wireless beats headphone from Best buy 3 months before and a problem happened with it but they refused to help me !!

Please find the attached . It's the second time to face the same problem , the first time they exchanged it and now i asked to refund or exchange and they refused .
Technically speaking they cannot refuse, unless they determined the damage was user caused.
I suggest you try a different Authorized Service Center.
Also, maybe ask to talk to a manager at Best Buy. Escalate the issue.
