I have the iPad of my father in law & he is an old man. Hardly read news.
His sun was trying to do something, but he erased everything.
I am trying to access the device, but the problem that find my iPhone is on. he does not remember his icould email or even the email he used to register.
I know it sounds strange, but this is the truth. i have the device with me for over one month now & it is useless.
Anyway to solve this issue??

First allow me to thank you so much for your quick reply.
The problem that he bought the iPad from a different country & when when i took the iPad with the invoice to stores they refused to fix it saying it is not their unit.We even offered to pay then, but no way. I have shown them the invoice with the device & even the ID of my FIL.
What can i do?? 😢😢😢😢
Take it back to the country where it was originally purchased, though I suspect it will be cheaper to buy a new iPad then it will be to buy a round trip ticket.
You are totally correct & i offered to buy him a new one, but he insist on his device or he does not want iPad anymore.
He hated the idea of Find my iPhone.
He said... is this service to help & support or to rune my life with my device??

Activation lock is designed to make a lost or stolen device useless to anyone other than the rightful owner. Unfortunately, if he can't prove that he owns the account it's locked with, or prove original ownership of the device (proof of purchase from an authorized source), then he's pretty much shot himself in the foot.
It's like having a fireproof impregnable safe where you keep all your money and losing the combination. The only way into it will physically destroy the safe and its contents.
I knew it.
Many times i have told him to keep his passwords in a paper somewhere, but he never listen.
Anyway.. Thank you so much for all the support & hope he can remember the password somehow one day soon.
