I have a song on a playlist and i want it multiple times. I can't stand right next to the computer to choose "add to "up next".
I see no right click solutions or menu options that say "duplicate or add again"

Try dragging it from the main music list to the playlist.
Try dragging it from the main music list to the playlist.
If it is a regular playlist, you can drag the same song in multiple times, as suggested by Limnos.
If it is a smart playlist, each song will only appear once.
Also, you can add the same song multiple times to Up Next, and it will get queued up. You do not need to stand by the machine.
