i has a ipod thouch second generation and is not load,i wanted send it to EUA and i wanted know the address of apple in EUA,please,what is the address of apple central?

Apple will not accept an international shipment for service. You will either have to physically take it there or send it to someone you know there and have them take it to Apple for service.
