How do I change my comcast e-mail on my i-phone and i-pad? also, how do I change my apple ID name??

From your post I understand that you have a new email address and would like to add that account to your iPad, as well as change your Apple ID. For assistance with this situation please follow the directions in the links below.
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap the email account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.
