I then opened Boot Camp and checked all 3 things, when I pressed continue, it said I had no USB. What do I do? more

Aug 26, 2015 1:34 PM in response to kristen6154by Loner T,Do not use the same USB as a source for the Windows ISO and the USB Installer. Copy the Windows ISO to your desktop and point to it when prompted. You should use a USB2 flash drive which will be erased and formatted by the Bootcamp Assistant.

Aug 26, 2015 2:53 PM in response to Loner Tby kristen6154,I've followed all step by step things on that website, and I chose my windows iOS image in the screen after the three checks screen for boot cp. When I press continue it says Boot Camp only supports Windows 8. But the disk I used to download Windows was version 8.

Aug 26, 2015 3:13 PM in response to kristen6154by Loner T,If your ISO image is a combined 32-bit and 64-bit W8 installer, BC Assistant will refuse to use it. Use your Product Key and download either version as separate ISOs from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/home .
