After Itunes update my computer does not recognize my Ipod nano, The error message says the driver has an incorrect or missing signature. Do I take this up with Apple or Itunes?

In ITunes update 12.1 the I-pod driver has an incorrect or missing signature. My computer and ITunes no longer recognize my I-pod Nano. Is this an Apple problem or iTunes problem?

Hello April,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I see that your iPod is no longer being recognized by iTunes on your computer. I have a couple of articles on that issue for you to take a look at. At least the one that applies to your computer, since you didn't mention if you were on a Mac or Windows machine, I included an article for each.
