Hi, is it possibile connect Air Port Time capsule to a Mac using just a Lan wire and not a wifi connection?

Yes, assuming that your Mac has an Ethernet port. If the Mac does not have an Ethernet port, you can use a Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter.
Connect an Ethernet cable from any one of the three LAN <--> ports on the AirPort Time Capsule to the Ethernet port on the Mac.
