Need Help Understanding Kernel Panic Report

I have a late 2006 model iMac running OSX Lion. Recently, every now and then, it will freeze and the screen fill with a translucent grey and a black error box will pop up requiring a hard restart, this According to my research is a Kernel Panic. This most recent time I looked at the report and find myself unable to understand it at all. If there is some one who can tell me what is goung wrong, that would be greatly appreciated.
