How to get automator to quit an application when an error occurs

Alright so I have been trying to download a game and I keep getting an error. I read on that games forum that if you just keep retrying it will eventually succeed. So the question is: How would I set up automator to...

1. Open the application

2. Wait until an error occurs

3. If an error happens automator closes the application and then restarts the application.

4. Keep going until it successfully installs.
