sync audio to edited clip

Question

sync audio to edited clip

I have a clip in the storyline that has bad audio. I have already cut the clip into the edit. I now want to add audio recorded separately to that clip. Is that possible?

UUse Shift-F to match back from the project to the sane clip in the browser. With that selected, select also the good audio and use the sync function. Use the sync clip to replace the one in the timeline.

Thanks Tom, the clip has been edited into the program and cuts in and out many times. I was wanting to sync the audio to the clip and replace it automatically. Ie like adding another angle to a multicam clip, that angle being available wherever the multicam clip appears. Essentially i want to make create a multi cam clip in the storyline

I can't see any way to do this automatically. It would have to be done on a clip by clip basis.
