Howdy sem3132,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

I see from your post that after updating to Windows 10 iTunes is now unable to find any of your content in the library. When you try to play a song do you see a gray exclamation point next to the track?

iTunes puts an exclamation point next to content in iTunes if it can't find a file.

If so, then you might need to direct iTunes to the correct location where your iTunes Media folder is located.

  1. While holding down the Option key (Mac) or Shift key (Windows), open iTunes.
  2. When the Choose iTunes Library message appears, click the Choose Library button.

  3. Select the iTunes folder you just moved to the internal hard drive.
  4. Click Choose (Mac OS X) or Open (Windows).
  5. Then choose the iTunes Library file inside.

Take care.
