globe effect for ipad 3

Hi,

I have an iPad 3 with 32g memory. I want to document my upcoming to trip to Europe using iMovie, but I do not see the Maps and Background to use the Globe Effect feature. Can this be downloaded from the app store? Or other similar app that offers the same feature?
