AppleMail doesn't show me how to add multiple e-mail accounts. My old Mac with OS 10.5.8 worked fine.

New accounts in Mail are created in the Accounts section of Mail preferences by clicking on the Add [+] button and creating the new account. This is essentially no different than using Leopard.
