You have apparently bought a stolen iPhone - the person from which you bought it may not be the thief - but it matters not. The iPhone is clearly on a blacklist.

If you bought iPhone on Ebay you can get your money back .

If you bought from a shop take it back .

Hay, I bought from a vendor who have multiple phones , now I can not find him..I can throw it..but as a new phone goes writes that IMEI is inactive when introduced on a website.

The phone is useless.

No carrier will activate it and you do not have any warranty coverage.

Your only option is get your money back or use it as a paperweight.

Buy your phone from a legitimate source next time. It may cost a little more, but isn't it worth a little more not to end up in this type of situation?
