iTunes not playing songs

iTunes not playing songs

iTunes will not play my songs. I am not sue what happened, one moment it was playing and now is not. I tried to checked the sound, but it is not that.

Please help!!!

Kind of thin on the specifics.

Is the playhead moving showing iTunes is actually playing but you are not hearing it?

Have you tried restarting the computer?

Do system and other sounds work? is it only iTunes where you cannot hear things?

Hi Thanks for your reply.

Something is wrong with the iTunes software. Sometimes is plays the songs and then it will stop completely. The playhead does not move at all. I was able to play some videos and the sound was not a problem. I can also listen to an internet radio station and the sound is perfect. I tried restarting my laptop, but it did not fix the problem.
