Q: My desktop starts up with a grey screen
My desktop at home starts up with a grey screen.
I have had to re-install the operating system twice before.
I am currently travelling - it has happened again at home. I have forgotten how to overcome the problem so that I can explain to my wife, who is currently without the use of that computer.
