Hello people, why while my devices signed to iCloud posses less than 1 GB on Photos and Videos , iCloud says have almost 4GB?

Could they have optimisation enabled.
Oh, that was fast. Thanks man for your response. Both iPod and iPhone have the optimization option activated. It does not matter how many photos or videos I delete from any device, iCloud says that on Photo Library I got 3.8 GB :S. I just don't get it.
Is there any "Factory Reset" for iCloud, I believe that's the last thing I got to do.

You don't explain what it is that you see wrong with those values. It seems perfectly reasonable that your devices have 1 GB of photos and iCloud has 4 GB
