Hi, I manage a local business to me and the address location for our business is incorrect. I have attempted to contact Apple numerous times, sent emails and yet to get a response. Does anyone know how I can get this corrected?
How did you contact Apple? Did you do it right thru the maps app, report a problem?
If you have made the correction through Apple Maps, it's not an immediate thing. It has to go through a verification process (that way people can't just go and randomly change addresses) and then Apple Maps needs to be updated. I submitted a change one time and it was several months before it was corrected.
Hi - Thanks for your help. I did submit my query through the Maps Apple Support on the 3rd June 2015. I received a confirmation and a case number but the email said they would contact me within 48 hours? Which obviously never happened.
Do you recommend just continuing to wait?
