Can you use the keynote remote on a smart tv?
Keynote Remote only works by sending signals to the Keynote application to go next or previous slide, as smart TV's can't have Keynote application installed and can't have the project file installed it won't work.
You could export a Quicktime file from Keynote, copy to a USB memory device which should play in most smart TVs, the TV's remote control would pause and play the video.
