iTunes Library Not Synched - Want iPhone data to be master not Macbook Pro.

iTunes think it is already synched to a Library on my Macbook Pro but my iPhone is missing at least one playlist I can see on the computer.

It offers to delete my iPhone data and re-synch but the epicene data is otherwise more complete.

How can I have ended up with more than one iTines library on my Macbook Pro?
