Is there any way to have organised compilation albums, but still have individual artists?

I have about 15 days worth of music, and a lot of it is from compilation albums. I was just wondering if there was anyway that when I sort my music by albums, all the compilations are nice and neat, and when I sort it by artists, the side bar shows all the individual artists, not "Compilations". I'm using iTunes 12 right now, and I currently have my compilations with "Album is a compilation of various songs" blah blah blah ticked. That's it (As well as title, album, track artist, track number and disc number).
