how do I transfer my time machine backup from My Cloud to the new SSD, wirelessly?

I recently backed up my entire 230 BG Mac book pro (2011) on to external wireless 3TB storage WD My Cloud.

I am looking to change my current hard drive for a new SSD hard drive.

My question is, Once I physically swap the actual hard drives, how do I transfer my time machine backup from My Cloud to the new SSD, wirelessly?

Also, are there any precautionary preparations I should do like saving passwords to access various sites or will Apple retain all this info?
