I was looking at the New Release (less than 7 months) pricing restrictions for US. It seems that for "New Release" titles with list prices of $40 or less, you are restricted to an upper limit of e-book price of $19.99. This is the case in referring to the print copy of $40 or less regardless of whether it is hard copy or paper copy?
