money being deducted on free app?

hey

I ve downloaded a couple of free apps from app store but money is being deducted from my linked account ?

downloaded evernote free version but Rs60 got deducted, few others which i can't recall.

pl look into the matter

Sr no of my mac air is : C0********941

OSX yosemite 10.10.5

App store version is 2.0 (376.29)
